Valentine’s Day Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes will begin when the first post is made on Guru of Nothing’s Instagram channel and will end at 11:59PM PST on February 7, 2021.

3. Eligibility. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Contiguous United States who, at the time of entry, are at least 21 years of age. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the Contiguous United States and where restricted, taxed or prohibited.

4. How to Enter. To enter, you must first be following Guru of Nothing (@guruofnothing blog), StackdSF (@stackdsf), Create. Meow. Repeat. (@createmeowrepeat.blog) and Brooklynn Pugmire (@skinbybrooklynn) on Instagram. Before responding to the Sweepstakes Post, read the complete Official Rules. If you agree to the Official Rules, then post your reply to the Sweepstakes Post on Instagram and include #sweepstakes with your comment. If you participate via a wireless phone, data and messaging rates may apply. You may not post a reply to each Sweepstakes Post more than one (1) during the Sweepstakes Period. You may, however, enter once per post (for a total of 4 entries). Any attempt or suspected attempt of any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these Official Rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized Instagram account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted Instagram comment is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized accountholder of the Instagram account associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid Instagram account. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Sweepstakes will be the Sponsor’s computer.

5. Odds, Prize. Subject to verification, one entrant will win The Valentine’s Edition Little Box of Glow from Skin by Brooklynn, 3-2oz candles from Create. Meow. Repeat. and a 13mm gold customized bracelet from Stackd SF. The Prize is valued at approximately $88.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable.

Guru of Nothing will notify the potential winner by February 8, 2021 at 11:59PM PST posting a reply to the selected potential winner’s comment requesting him or her to send a direct message to provide a mailing address for the prize. If potential winner does not reply to Sponsor’s notification post within two (2) business days his or her entry will be void and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such potential winner and another potential winner will be selected. By entering this Sweepstakes, you hereby consent to be contacted by Sponsor for administration of this Sweepstakes.

6. Conditions. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. All entries that are illegible or submitted through illicit means, inappropriate, inconsistent with Sponsor’s image as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns as well as Instagram (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes or, if declared a winner, the prize. This Sweepstakes will be administered in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to amendment by Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules, and by participating in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to have received and understood these Official Rules.

7. Disclaimer. Neither Sponsor nor Sweepstakes Entities assume any responsibility for failure of the internet or any website during the Sweepstakes Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify this Sweepstakes, cancel any method of entry or void any entries submitted fraudulently should unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize byway of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

9. Privacy Policy. Sponsor is collecting personal data about the winner solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Sponsor with explicit permission to do so.
